Now that its no longer disgustingly hot, humid and sticky outside it’s time to revamp the workout routine. Getting a good sweat while enjoying a beautiful change in seasons will keep you motivated to workout and stay fit. Here are a few fall friendly NO GYM required work out ideas to try. Who knows, you may even save some money on a gym membership this season!
- Try your city’s nature trail for a run/brisk walk while you enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. Now would be the optimal time to sign up for the running club.
- Find a set of outdoor stairs, your local stadium perhaps? Now that the weather is cooler, outdoor aluminum stairs won’t be burning hot and doing a killer stadium stairs leg workout might not be as torturous (well, almost).
- Leave the car at home and go for a bike ride. The cool fall air will allow you to get where you are going without being drenched in sweat.
